"No experience with the business but I'm a homeowner bordering the owners new build. I have had asphalt dumped on my property and one of her contractors severed the new fiber line on Wednesday night and ran. Knocked out hundreds of customers for 48hours and the line hasn't been installed but maybe 6-12 months. There is clearly a 311 sign where he dug. She so far has not provided me with the contractor information so I hope their permits are in order because I've sent the details of what transpired to the director of public works for the city and the licensing/permit director for the county as well as my legislative rep and Fox 4 problem solvers. They left my front corner a muddy mess and didn't even bother to call and tell someone they severed the line. It's okay though we have surveillance (pictures of the bobcat/driver and 18 wheeler that collapsed the road). All has been provided to everyone. A simple act of taking responsibility could have stopped me but I've yet to receive and apology from anyone. The responsible person was her employee so as far as I'm concerned she's liable. The contractor should be bonded and insured, why can I not have that information?!?"
