"I purchased a used Acer Nitro laptop from them for 500 dollars. Not only was the laptop not reset from the previous owner, the port for the power plug in it was bad. It would randomly decide there was no cord plugged in and stop charging. The first time I took it in to them the STORE MANAGER MONTANA witnessed this. She gave me a new power cord and said to contact her if the problem persist. It did. The second time I left it with overnight. The next day I was told there was no problem with it so nothing was done to it. Now I can't even use it. I would ask for a refund but if I did it would be store credit, NO CASH BACK REFUNDS."

"They have too many products to even keep up with it seems like. I've only visited the store twice and both times there were tons of copies of games all with various prices even though they were exactly the same and on top of that their figurines are so under cared for that they had visible layers of dusts on them. The store was packed and crowded you have to dig just to look at merchandise just like a hoarders house. Not a great experience..."
