"I ditto everything that has been said in previous one star ratings. She doesn't even try to listen, assist you or the Company she is trying to collect money for! She makes up stories (lies) as she talks to you and then gets irate when you call her on what she just said to you!! As previous stated, I feel for the companies that hire this firm to do their billing & collections. Either they don't care about how their customers are treated or they are in the dark."

"Kelly is the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with in my life. Zero empathy, zero listening skills, zero conflict resolution. She’s employed to get money no matter how much bulldozing and character destroying she has to do to get it. This last time she called me, she tried to lie about what company she was with. If you are using this company to collect payments, you clearly do not care one iota for your customers. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I wish there was a no stars rating - they would be getting it!"

"This place employs the most unprofessional, condescending people I have ever dealt with. I called today because me ex husband is the guarantor for my daughter's insurance. This company sends correspondence to my address with his name on it. I called to give them his address. I thought they would appreciate it, instead the awful woman argued with me and chastised me. I requested she take his address, she argued. I requested she send me to her manager, she argued. It felt like her main goal was to make me mad. Well she succeeded. I hope she sleeps well at night with her black soul to keep her warm."

"Attention businesses, do not use this woman to run your accounts, unless you want her to be so rude to your clients that they just decide not to pay! (Also, her payment system is not streamlined, and takes 9 years to get through six screens to finally initialize payment. Very inconvenient.) The worst person to deal with. Highly unprofessional, and comports herself in a way that makes it seem as though she is trying to scam people. I had to call my dentist to make sure she was actually someone meant to collect money for them. Called me at 6 am, because I live on the west coast, lied and said she didn't know, because I have a midwest phone number, and then rattled off my current address. Was incredibly rude when I told her I was not even awake enough to speak to her, because it was too early, and tried to bully me into setting up payment over the phone when I told her that I was going to confirm she was who she said she was before I did anything else, and she responded with a threatening letter through the mail. Honestly, I thought about just letting the account go to collections, because her manner made me never want to have to deal with her company again, and paying the account while under her control makes her look too competent."
