"First, I believe this physician has skill as a surgeon. Unfortunately, afterwards his ego, lack of respect for others' feelings and time, seemingly lack of any consideration for anyone except himself, and disrespectful / unprofessional / and a bit incompetent assistant Brooke created a hellish environment as I spent the next four-plus years meeting for follow-up visits after my surgery. The 'only' reason I'm comfortable giving these 'characters' one star is because Fields does have skill as a surgeon! Also, I just listened to the video Fields provides on the Siteman Cancer Center website, and it is excellent! It's truly too bad that it's nonsense. The treatment (from the receptionist to the physician) is NOT at the level stated--although this does not include all personnel. In the last four-years, I have experienced and witnessed verbal attacks for absolutely no reason except the individual felt they could 'get away' with it. Future consumers BEWARE of all mentioned!!
