"Actively waited to order for over with no one else in line, another truck pulled up and ordered at the second lane. I pulled up to the window because I lost my voice and am not heard well over speakers right now after I read the sign that orders that needed assistance in this area could do this. No one else was in line. Only to be told after several more minutes of waiting at the window that they were understaffed and their policy was that I would have to pull back around. I asked about the ADA sign and she checked with her manager only to come back with the same result saying it wouldn’t be fair to anyone who was waiting… and that they were short staffed. There were 3 people wandering around in the back. So I left. Waste of time. Not a good look for ADA."
"RUDE HORRIBLE managers. They need to be fired immediately. When I got home, my food was incorrect so I called the store and spoke to a female manager who told me I had to drive back in order to get a refund but that she would help me once I got into the drive-through line When I arrived at the drive-through line, she was there, and she very rudely told me I needed to park and come inside, because refunds cannot be given at the drive-through line, which is a lie I went inside, and she refused to help me and she sent her male coworker who claimed To be her boss and he dumped the food out of the bag to inspect it and handled it with his hands and told me it looked like some fries were missing. Therefore, I’m not getting a refund and needed to leave the store. I told him he needed to give me a refund immediately and he said I needed to leave the store. I told him I’m there for a valid reason and they needed to refund me and he refused and said I needed to leave the property. He created a health problem by touching my food so of course I’m not going to take it and eat it, especially since it was the wrong order to begin with This was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had and I will never come back to any McDonald’s due to this interaction I had to leave without my food and without any money, so basically a theft occurred While I was there, the employees in the back started laughing and making fun of me and stated that it’s just a hamburger and I shouldn’t be so upset and They started using profanity. I immediately went to the parking lot and called corporate and filed a complaint, and also filed a chargeback with my bank, which I told the manager that I would do and he said he didn’t even know what a chargeback was, which indicates his Level of knowledge. These managers both need to be fired"
"I went to this location and bought a big Mac meal and received completely wrong order and didn’t notice it until I got all the way home I called the restaurant and they said I had to come back to the drive-through to get a refund after driving 10 miles. I was very mad and went back to the restaurant and the same lady on the phone. Who was the manager told me that I needed to come inside because she was just being difficult so I parked came inside, and she did not walk up to me at all and sent a black man who said Was her boss This man opened up the bag of food and started putting his hands all over it, and said it looked like I had eaten the fries partially, and that he was not going to give me a refund at all Even if I did eat the fries which I did not this stupid man just put his dirty fingers all over my food and then expected me to eat it and then said I’m not getting a refund at all and told me to leave the store It was a very heated argument, and he refused to do anything for me and him and all the staff member started making fun of me and said I am making a big deal about a hamburger So I demanded to know their names so that I could speak to the GM and the black man said nobody had to answer anything and he instructed them all to not help me. I want my damn money back right now I have filed a chargeback against you and called corporate. I will never use this store again you need a fire that idiot."
"How is this a spicy mcchicken? It even has a nasty smell to it. Wish I would have gotten my money back after the 15 min wait I waited for this."
