Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"UPDATE #2 It appears they have finally processed the refund. However, the review stands. They screwed up our order, the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone to rectify the situation, so I had to jump through hoops to even get contacted. Poor customer service all around. UPDATE #1. We are officially 7 days lost incident, the GM made contact after one of their PR people was good enough to send us the link to file an official complaint. Said GM said he tried to call me, but says my phone just rang with no answer. We were promised a refund, shocker no money yet. I emailed the GM this morning asking what was going on. Coward can't respond, they forwarded it to their Franchise management team. I expect no resolution and once I discover what other establishments they run I will boycott them as well. We don't often do delivery, but we decided to last night. Ordered 5 combos and 3 sides of Chrese curds. The order arrived promptly, but low and behold, there were missing items, including the 5 chicken for our youngest child. Attempted to call the restaurant SEVERAL times to no answer. Will definitely NEVER eat here again."

"I’ve been to better Freddy’s but it’s still better than McDonald’s. The lobby wasn’t clean and the food just wasn’t as fresh as other locations. It was decent. Daily cleaning is substandard and deep cleaning appears nonexistent."

"One of the best Freddy's restaurant I have visited. I stopped going here as my daughter and I had a bad experience with one of your locations in Las Vegas. On Eastern Avenue to be precise. My Flight crew and I just flew in and it was 9:30 p.m. We were all quite hungry and Freddy's was one of the only places open. There were at least 5 guys manning the place. Their service was excellent and so was the food. The restaurant was immaculate and countertops neatly arranged with condiments etc. As we left, we did see 1 girl cleaning and placing chairs on tables to mop."

"We like this place. A little expensive, but they give 15% off to Veterans!! Just tried the chicken tenders. They are great! Next time I will get the 5 piece chicken tenders and share with my grand child. I love the cheese curds just think you should get your money worth. I don't get them anymore because of this."
