"For the past 2 years, that we've lived at the lake, the fries have always been gross. Cold and soggy. I end up tossing them. Yesterday I asked that the fries be hot (maybe that's the secret). I've gotta tell ya, they were absolutely perfect. Super crispy. Can you please do this from now on? I'll ask if I have to. It would be great if staff just did this automatically. That new garlic butter bacon burger is ridiculously delicious!"

"Ordered a breakfast toaster. There was hardly any egg on it. It was so thin you could literally see through it and it was way over cooked. Fries were cold and soggy. So i spent $10 on a meal that I didn't eat at all. I don't know about anybody else but $ is hard to come by and I sure don't like to just throw it away. Just very dissatisfied with my experience here."

"Overall my visit was pretty ok. My lower rating on the food was because it was not the way I ordered it. When I called they did say they would replace the items that were wrong. It just sucked because I don't live in Laurie. When I returned I did speak with the manager and he agreed to replace the 2 burgers in question and they were made right this time. Thank you for making it right Sonic. Everyone masks mistakes. I'll still be back. See ya soon!"
