All calls to his office and cell went unanswered. I talked to his wife the next day on the business number. She apologized and promised someone would call me before noon that day. Calls that afternoon went unanswered. I've heard nothing now two weeks later. Do not use John Schindlbeck for anything. He cannot meet the basic requirements for customer service or even common courtesy."
