"We thought Tona was VERY unprofessional when our appointment was with HER. She was with us for a couple of minutes when another worker was apparently having problems with figuring out what she was supposed to do. Tona left us, went to the other station to do the other girl's client, and sent the other worker to us to work on our taxes. When I called to make the appointment, I SPECIFICALLY said I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I don't know if we will go back or not. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!"

"Tried to call them to see if they do my taxes they were very rude and hateful on the phone Intown @Baxter Springs, KS. Telling me they will not help me. I tried to get last year's tax return couldn't remember my password called up support got transferred around five times last person couldn't even speak English nobody helped me. So now my online account is permanently locked. For a place that overcharges you around: $140 you would think they'd give you easy business. But that's not the case these people are extremely rude and hateful. I will never go back to H&R Block again. I do not recommend using H&R Block."
