"I have been a customer for quite a few years now. Just moved to town less then a year ago. I have never had such a difficult time with my taxes until I used this location. Worst experience ever. My taxes were rushed. Then got audited yet again. Mind u has only happened with h&r block(3rd audit) every other location has always took care of it 100% and had my refund within a couple weeks after. Paid xtra for the piece of mind. And believe me the last thing I have is piece of mind. These guys only want to do the bare minimum. I most definitely will not be using this location again. After this experience I will more then likely just switch tax people"

"Right after we filed, (February 2020),we gave H & R Block 5 stars and said it was quick and easy, no time at all. However our Tax Professional Gayla turned out to be not that much of a tax professional. She didn't put in our insurance information or atleast mine even though I told her it needed to be. Extremely long story short, taxes were delayed, had to send in more information,( which it was my insurance information being requested), called multiple times to see if she could help us find out what was going on, she ignored emails, messages until we finally called and got her on the line and she refused to talk to us and had her manager take our call. I explained the situation and told her we were just trying to get some information, ( reasonable request since it was July- August and we filed in February). At this point we were told it was our fault for not providing information, and we were liars bc she trained Gayla herself and knew for a fact she did everything to the best of her knowledge and ability. Sorry but I don't prefer to be called a liar or be blamed for others incompetence, especially if I have proof through emails telling her she needed my insurance info and sending it and her saying she didn't need it bc I was a dependent. I have never been treated this way and still had to pay for the service. I recommend all other H&R blocks bc they do good work mad normally treat customers with respect and dignity. Nevada's H&R Block manager and Gayla need to be retrained in all of their training, and definitely a whole course in customer service. We have finally recieved our 2019 taxes( filed in February 2020), in January 2021."
