"I went in today to get my iPhone front screen repaired he asked me did I have AppleCare I stated no and I only wanted the front screen replaced and not the back. He went on to ask me again do I have Applecare then begin to laugh and say I'm just asking you do you have Applecare. I advised him I did not have Applecare a second time and I already answered his question and that I did not like how he was speaking to me and that I would not give my business to the company. He then got snarky and stated you didn't answer my question and dropped my phone on the counter. I put my phone in his hand and he should had placed it back in my hand. First impressions are everything and just because this shop opens earlier than all the other ones on a Sunday does not mean they should be given people's business. I declined service and took my money elsewhere and I received a cheaper price than he was quoting me and the service was so much better."
