"On 5/21, I contacted my home warranty company about my AC having issues. They assigned Accel as my service provider. On 5/24, Accel contacted me and came to my home. He diagnosed my AC as failing and said he would be moving forward with a full replacement and to expect a call from the warranty company about non-covered costs. After I approved the costs, equipment would be ordered and installation could be scheduled. I left a voicemail for Accel on 6/3 inquiring about moving forward. I called Accel on 6/11 and the voicemail was full. I texted Accel on 6/13. I was informed that it would be looked into. On 6/18, my AC unit died at 2:30. I contacted Accel and was informed that he would look into and I would receive a call back that afternoon. Tony contacted the warranty company for the first time at 3:30 that afternoon and did not call me back. By 7pm, the inside of my house was 86F. Due to the late timing of Tony's call on 6/18, my unit was not ordered until the following Monday, 6/21, afternoon. My home did not go below 85F until Monday when the outdoor temperature was also more moderate. My install was scheduled for 6/24. Tony informed that his helper would arrive at 8:30 and he would be there shortly after with the unit. The helper was 15 minutes late. Tony did not arrive until 11:15 with no explanation to me. Tony had previously said this would be a 6-8 job. They left my home at 9pm. This was due to the fact that Tony forgot my air handler is located in the attic. Tony informed my husband that the reason for his delayed arrival was due an issue locating the AC unit. He laughed as he told my husband that he informed the supplier that they would have to call me as he would not be the one to inform me of any issues due how angry I was with him. I was ignored for 3 weeks. My AC died on a day with a heat index of 110F. I have children and pets in my home. How angry would you be at the lack of regard for your and your family's safety? It took nearly 5 weeks from first reaching out to the warranty company to a completed install. Though my costs were waived and Tony has offered an apology with reluctant responsibility for his part in this situation, I felt that anyone looking for HVAC repair or install should know my experience before contacting Accel."
"He is a very unprofessional person he does not answer his phone nor does he call you back. If you call from a number he does not know he will call back until he knows who it is. He took my money for the service call and now he will not respond. We have been waiting for 3 months with no response."

"I had Accel Heating & Cooling out today to help with my A/C that stopped working. Accel was referred to me by my home warranty company. (My home warranty company set me up with a different company automatically when I filed the claim online and that company had bad reviews after some quick research, so I called the warranty company and got names of 4 more companies. Accel had the best reviews and had a website too). I talked to Tony at Accel on the phone right away and he was very nice. I got good vibe right away. He was also the one who came out to my house. He diagnosed the problems right away, stuck around to make sure the unit inside and outside were working, and he answered all of the questions I had. There are some open items so he'll be back out to finish the job, but the A/C is working now as I type this. Again, I'm happy I picked Accel. I'll happily have them do any needed work or maintenance in the future. I'll update this review if there are any issues with completing the work, otherwise, thanks again, Accel."
"We've worked with Tony for a long time. He's very customer service oriented and has taken good care of us. He shows up when he's supposed to (what a shame that this is noteworthy - many are not) and sticks with issues until they're resolved. Would be happy to recommend him to others."
