"After a 50 percent deposit and a promise to order glass on the 12th of October , it’s now nov 1st and we call the company and they tell us the glass wasn’t ordered until the 27th of October. And we will need to wait an additional 2 weeks for our repair. If the order wasn’t placed in time the company should have reached out to inform us of delays so we could find faster services elsewhere."
