"Used Erik's services for a short term (1 month) to get back in shape and ensure my technique was good. It was very successful and got me motivated to continue after. Thanks Erik."
"Erik has been training me for years. This past year I lost 30 pounds. The prices are super affordable. Erik is a very positive and professional and motivating person, and he gives me much more of a butt kicking than I would do on my own. There are a variety of options and you are not locked into a contract. Easy access, easy parking, and the group classes are tons of fun too!"
"I get a personally tailored workout every time I'm at Elo. It's the kind of personal attention from the coach that you can't get at a big franchise gym. Very effective."
"I have trained with Erik for over a year and love it! He offers a variety of options such as 30 minute or hour sessions, strength or mobility training. He fosters a community environment by featuring club challenges and hosting outdoor group workouts. I was concerned about maintaining my fitness goals when I became pregnant. But Erik has accommodated my needs and encourages me to stay the course. I highly recommend Elo Training Center!"
"I have had multiple sessions with Erik, in classes and one-on-one and I can't recommend him enough as a trainer. Erik has two passions in life: fitness & 49er football. He is great for any fitness level you are at and I have seen him work especially well with older people. He is great at accommodating any difficulties you may be having during the workout. Erik is very involved in the sessions and isn't just staring at his stopwatch like I have experienced with other trainers. The lengths I have seen Erik go to help a client, even well after their session is astonishing. Elo Training is 10/10"
