Having 30-minute classes makes it fun and easy to string together a varied workout that seems to fly by. My favorites are TRX and trampoline--both classes you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else."
"If you want maximum exercise benefit with the minimal wear/tear and stress on your body this is the place. Classes range from Yoga/Meditation to Hard Core Circuit training. Something for everybody and every body. The atmosphere is so positive and the work outs so efficient and effective you walk out feeling like a million bucks. With the variety of options offered in classes and the unique strengths of the individual instructors you will find all age groups here. ZTB offers unlimited classes with a flat reasonable monthly fee allowing you to cater you work outs to as much or as little as your schedule, needs, and time allow. Want or need to get yourself to a better and happier state of being, this is the place for you."
