"Emelie Battaglia, a friend I met dancing has gotten me back into gymnastics! I did it for a year or two as a kid, and then taught myself using her term "backyard gymnastics". We both figured out that I created bad habits because I wanted to be safe naturally with no proper technique training. We have been working diligently on the backhandspring. Something I have always wanted to do...She is so good at her work, and it amazing how quickly she is able to see the problem, and then have a solution to fix it! No wonder she has 5 gyms now in the Saint Louis area! When I get my back handspring, I will be in debt to her!"
"Fantastic facility with coaches who are experienced, full of energy, and truly love what they do! My child enjoys the open play that they have. The coaches work with children at all different experience levels and they do a wonderful job at making all children feel welcome. One of our favorite events of the year is the Whole Foods Market Town and Country story time collaboration at Hi-NRG; what a blast we have! Go Hi-NRG!"
