"Sent a "service tech" out to troubleshoot/repair our icemaker. Took him over an hour to drive the 15 minute trip. He looked at the name plate, sat down and spent a half hour on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support dept. Told me the part they said I needed and billed me for 1.5 hours of service time. When I called the office about it, I found out that the "guaranteed satisfaction" they brag about apparently only means if you're NOT satisfied, you can kick rocks and find somebody else to serve your needs. They charge a set half hour travel time fee and apparently then also charge you "service" time for the time the tech is traveling to your facility. Save yourself some money and frustration and choose a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction instead of just talking about it."
