"We had this plumber come out to fix a leaky shower faucet, did not have the part to fix it with him, he went to go get one, put it in and it stopped the leak but made the water pipes growl. He said it was air in the pipes, so he did nothing to fix that problem, I am not a plumber, but everyone knows that is not air in the pipes, I call him later that day and he said he will come out and fix it. Of course, he never showed up. I kept calling him and he kept saying he will come out and fix it. Well guess what, he never did, so I went out and bought the part he said he replaced, and everything works great now. I called him to complain, and he said he will give me back my money, well guess what now, he has never given my money back to me yet, it has been about two months now. Now when I call, even my wife has called, he will not pick up the phone knowing it is me calling and his voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. So off to court we go, I suggest that nobody use him he might rip you off too."
