"My garage door wire wouldn't stay on. My service guy came out right on time he was very nice well manner young man he explained the reason and even showed me where the problem was and even demonstrated why the wire wouldn't stay on. He didn't try to sell me other things My screws were bent and put in wrong but yet said no worries he can fix it with my bent screws. Thought for sure he was going to try to sell me new plates and screws. He toke those off and adjusted them correctly without charging me any more than his quote. Which I thought was very fair. He was very respectful of my property and items I had in garage. There was a table full of junk he could have put his tool bag on the table but he didn't and put it on the floor far away from him. I said you can use the table he said no mamn I don't want to move your stuff. I had a fan he could use instead he got his. He was very respectful of my things. He finished the job asked me to come out so he can show me then he pointed and explained ( in my language being a women) what he did and had me open the garage door a couple to make sure I was happy with it. He cleaned all his mess when he finished. Overall everything was perfect and for me that's very rare. I would highly recommend this company to anyone you won't be disappointed."

"Rocket replaced my spring and cables on 12/12/21. I don’t know much about garage door, but I do know that if a spring is replaced properly, a person should be able to easily open and close the garage door manually, which was not the case that Rocket left me with after their visit on 12/12/21. I don’t manually open and close my garage door, so I didn’t know of this issue until another company came to replace my garage opener on 10/21/22. They notified that my spring is not proper for my garage door as it is pretty heavy when being handled manually and I was shocked. They showed me on the scale that the door was sitting at a little over 30lbs and that 10lbs should be the maximum weight for manually lifting of the door. They also let me know that the bearings were supposed to be replaced when a new spring is replaced and that was not done when Rocket replaced my spring back on 12/12/21. Finally, they let me know that a garage professional should know what spring is proper for my door, so if it was not completed properly, it was done intentionally. I immediately contacted Rocket while this company was working on replacing my spring, bearings, and garage opener, but was met with a rude receptionist. Someone from the company did eventually called me back and I told him what I have learned and saw today, but he refused to admit fault and wasn’t willing to provide a refund. Because of Rocket’s unethical business practice, I was forced to replace the spring again on 10/21/22. I would never recommend Rocket to anyone."

"I had a great experience with my service. Ron was so patient with me. Seeing that I tried to fix the door and made a bigger mess. He got the job done quickly. He was available by phone afterwards to answer my questions and fixes. He FaceTimed with me and walked me through a small fix. I offered to pay and he said “no” this was fun. I will use them again."

"This was for a service call in Troy, IL Sun Dec 29 at about 3pm. I don't know how they got so many 5-star reviews. They're getting 1 star because they did come out (all the way to Troy from Ballwin) on a Sunday, but otherwise I'd give zero if I could. First, the guy argued with me about what was happening when I tried to close the door (the arm that connects to the drive chain was pushing at an odd angle, causing the top of the door to buckle) so I had to engage the system again, further screwing it up, just to show him I wasn't lying. Then, he said he wasn't sure if he could fix it, but quoted $249 but nothing if he couldn't fix it. While he was working, you could hear him using power tools at full speed (sounded like a pit crew) and when he got done, you could see that his efforts had worn/stripped/made larger the holes in the sheet metal. Well, after -making it worse- he charged us a $19 "service call fee." He also (I have no idea how this happened) said that he didn't know where the screws were that he had taken out (see photos...that's a lot of screws.) I wish I had taken "before" photos to show how much worse he made it, but that's what I get for trusting people. He was more than happy to quote us $1700 on a new door. This experience could not have been worse. Well, maybe if somehow he got the door to be stuck in the up position, I don't know. In any event, we won't be using them again, and I warn anybody else to not do so!"
