"I downloaded my 1099 data from Edward Jones. Last year I had to enter purchase dates and cost for each transaction. This year I have to enter purchase dates for each transaction along with the Fed ID number for Edward Jones. If you cannot get this right, my confidence in your product goes way down. Edward Jones claims their software integrates with HR BLOCK but no one at either company bothers to test. Their phone support is terrible. It is almost too difficult to get to a live agent. I will be giving out terrible reviews for your product everywhere I can so others don't get waste their time like I have."

"I had my taxes done there in March, 23. Worst experience I have ever had with taxes. They charged me over $400 and then did them wrong. I did not know until IRS sent me a letter with penalties. I have called that office 20 times, as well as another office they sent me to and also their corporate office and to this day, they have not issued me a fee return. DO NOT use them. Not professional and they don’t stand on their work. Very stressful!!!!"

"First of all I’m only angry because of my time was wasted. First I set an appointment for 2pm February 2nd and arrived early and I physically watched the receptionist tell Ferine Hernandez Gomez I was there. She then went to the restroom and returned to her cubicle for at least 10 minutes before I asked the receptionist if she could ask if she was ready I then went to the cubicle and she just stared at me. I felt like she didn’t respect my time or wanted to do my taxes so I rescheduled with another preparer. I returned at 5pm to swiftly get in and was helped by a very helpful Mackenzie Graham. She was very nice through out the process but forgot to add 2 W-2’s after having me sign and accept everything. I am not a tax preparer and H&R Block’s 100% accuracy went out the window. I pay a premium price for a premium service and I am very upset. I have had great experience with H&R Block in the past, not so much now. I hope there’s a way to make this right because this will probably be my last time using your services."
