"Mareke was excellent she took very good care of me as a customer and got my taxes done within the one hour appointment I had booked. A couple of things to note, the first is if you have unique tax situations the company overall is a bit pricy. The second is the online system before I got to meet Mareke was not very user friendly. That online system also gave her some difficulty as well. Overall, great staff but the online system needs an overhaul."

"The experience I had was great. I was able to drop off my paperwork, I recieved a call from Doug Smith (who was awesome) shortly after explaining what I needed and my possibilities. I dropped the remaining items the following day. Doug called me again later to tell me all was taken care of and to expect emails about when my returns would be accepted or not and if not to let him know. 2 Days later I recieved my emails that both state and federal tax returned were accepted. 3 weeks later I recieved my returns directly into my accounts.
