Sam's Cell Phone Repair

"Do not go to Sams cellphone repair to fix your phone screens! Reid saved up his own money for months- $160! Which is not easy for a 10 year old- and took it to Sam’s to repair less than a month ago. His screen turned black and they are saying they won’t warranty it bc the water indicator says water damage. They are claiming that wasn’t there before (lies), but guess what- that was my old iPhone 13 and its water resistant so I took it in the pool with me all the time! I never leave negative reviews for small businesses but this is just wrong. They never mentioned that if that water indicator was on it would void the warranty. They said they would cut us a break and do another one for $150 this time. Shame on them. UPDATE based on owners response: 1. Google iPhone 12, water resistant. They are still water resistant so your point is irrelevant. 2. You lied and said that there wasn’t water damage when you replaced the screen less than a month ago. But I already stated that I used to take that phone in the pool with me years ago. 3. You should have pointed out at the time of service that the water indicator was on and that you would not warranty the screen. At that point we could have made a decision to replace the screen or not. Instead you are trying to lie and blame the customer to cover up the fact that your products and customer service suck."

"I needed my screen replaced on my 11ProMax and had been a couple places prior to coming here and had had bad luck. When I walked in here they were professional, friendly and ready to help. They answered all my questions, they did offer other services but were not pushy at all. I totally recommend them!!! I will be bringing my computer by next week to be looked at!! "I had a great experience with this business. I had 1 1/2 hours before work and needed my cell phone checked out. It wasn't charging and I was at 7%. I was expecting an important call first thing in the morning and was afraid my phone would be dead. Nick immediately saw that the charging port needed a cleaning. He told me the price (very reasonable) and said he would start on it right away. I went next door to QT and when I returned, he showed me a phone being charged. I paid and still had an hour to spare. I am a very happy customer."
