Called and talked to Amy extremely helpful and professional, she made me feel very important. My AC went out on Thursday the 8th and they we here on Friday the 9th replacing whole unit. I knew my old system was on its last leg. So I knew I needed a new whole system ( furnace, AC, and coil). But being a excellent company that they are, Midwest checked unit anyway.
