"I recently had an express facial experience with Lauren that fell far short of my expectations. To begin with, there was no explanation of what would go on my skin after the online consultation form, as promised in the description of the service. The esthetician's touch was so light that the product was not applied evenly or thoroughly. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of massage or exfoliation, which is what I expect for any facial. Frankly, my morning routine involves more massage than what I experienced. This experience was a total letdown for $70. I didn't feel refreshed or rejuvenated afterward, and I didn't see or feel any noticeable improvements in my skin. I was shocked because I have had the most lovely massages and services here otherwise!"
