"Our company performed services for Missouri Home Health Care. We moved an office for them July of 2021. As of today, we still are unable to collect for these services, and we cannot get anyone to call us back in regards to payment. Be cautious in working with this company, especially if they are requesting services from you and you will be billing them."

"Update Yes I was extremely upset because NO one in your office had my permission to contact the state on my behalf or my daughter's behalf. If it was your daughter or one of your love ones you be upset too. I am not a bulley but I will protect mines at all cost. Secondly I informed your staff NOT to contact anyone on my daughters behalf without my permission and you did it anyway. Third that $4.53 is more than what you had in the beginning of your service. As I stated you threating to place my calls on the website I dont care. They will be listening to a parent protecting their child at all cost as all real parents do. I am my daughters voice. Fourth you or anyone from your off NEVER called me back. I stand by my statement. You had NO right to contact the state and make any request without MY permission but you want to call me a Bulley. How many other clients have you done this too? And they just have spoken up. Where I have. Everything thats done in the dark will come to life. *** Update*** Wow!!! My behavior whatever Dionne. My daughter was with the same agency for years. So thats a lie. YOUR company can say whatever they like at the end of the day... I will fight at all cost of my child as any GOOD parent would do. Good bad or indifferent behavior. You problem is you really think you done something. And you haven't I told you from day one what I expected. Bottom line is you could meet it. So there fore. I have moved on. You can try and attack my character all you want. The issue is YOUR company contacted the state without permission and YOU'RE mad because I confronted you!!! Instead of you being a professional about it and apologizing. You want to start calling my behavior unjustified. I could care less about how many businesses you have. The point of the matter is you FAILED at providing services for my daughter. The state has complaints on file for you as well. Again how many other clients have you tried to get $2.00 or $4.53 from to bring up your revenue. And then said it was done in error!!! First of all if its the wrong company why do you continue to justify your actions. So basicslly you have just admitted that no one in your office called me back. Secondly the first time I spoke with you about the situation you could've explained that but no you didnt if it was done in error Latoi should NOT have been contacted at ALL!!! Since it was so call done in error. But she was and I was home when Stephanie called. Ebony lied and said she was in a meeting. Lie after lie with you and your staff. Third contact Google I have a right to respond to anytning you place in regards to my review. If you dont want any reviews placed on here then take the entire site down. Fourth I will NOT comment on the statement being accused of trying to have Latoi to follow or not follow my daughter. Before there was a Latoi it was Ms. Kathy for 15 years. So the state couldnt have anything in my file about my behavior I give reviews based on my experience with companies. If you deserve a good reviews that what you will get. However YOUR company doesnt!!!!!!"

"The office staff at the location is Extremely unprofessional and make decisions for their clients without discussing it with them. They are trying to get more money from the state. The owner Dionne uphung on me because I had questions because the state called me in regards to a change that I didnt even know about them making Stephaine HR didnt want to get on the phone to discuss this. I informed them since they want to play games there are other agencies that I can go to. The only good thing is Ms. Latoni shes a very hard worker and does a great job!!! I pray she find a better company to work for!!!!"
