"Biggest red flag is they show their address as 4.1 miles from me. But I drove to the location and it’s a Cecil Whittakers pizza. Second red flag came to house changed out ice maker! Had to come back second time and it’s still not working properly!"

"I called and set an appointment for Saturday. Had to give them $85 on my credit card to even make an appointment. Saturday they called and said they couldn’t come and rescheduled for Monday. It’s Monday and they haven’t shown up. I called the guy told me the called and left a voicemail canceling my appointment. I told him I had never gotten the call or voicemail and that my $85 has already been taken from my account. He said they didn’t take it. My bank says otherwise. Do NOT recommend!!!"

"Warning: this is not a local company. Fridge went out in May, called and had to put down a $75 deposit for them to come out. The tech that came out was nice and helpful. However, the repair lasted less than 2 months. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to get them to fix the issue to no avail. The problem is they are not a local company and subcontract out the work. I do not recommend using them due to the challenges of not having a local business to communicate with and everything is via the phone."

"I called for appointment and was told I had to give my credit card information. I said not I don't want an appointment from you. I booked with abother company and the following morning I received a call stating they could not come and I thought it was the company I had actually scheduled with. I was surprised when the actual company I had an appointment with called and said they would be at my home shortly. I called the company back that called me earlier that morning to reschedule an appointment I never set, because I refused to give my credit card information prior to work being done. I was treated rudely and ask for a supervisor and was told she was a supervisor. I believe this company has questionable practices if not fraudulent. WOULD NEVER Recommend them!"
