"I have been going to h&r block for years. I had gone in this year to get my taxes done and everything was going really well. Until, for some reason the man that was doing my taxes was trying to charge me over $300 to have them filed. That's more than double the cost of what I usually pay and he couldn't give me an explanation why it was so much. Then when I began to tell him that I cannot afford that, his whole demeanor changed and he had the biggest attitude. It was honestly really unprofessional and I will probably not ever go back to this location because of this experience!"
