"If I could give zero stars I would. The program did not help my teen! They discharged her early from the program with no explanation, they didn't suggest any other services ... They truly do not care about the well being of your children. I never received any warning that there was an issue, they just aggressively bombarded me when I walked in to pick up. I have yet to hear from anyone from the office as they claimed they were going to call me. THE WORST Experience EVER!"
"They should be able to receive -5 stars. How are they allowed to treat the very people who need their help badly? The first day I took my daughter I noticed the rude, condescending, and overall disturbing behavior of the receptionist. She was treating my daughter and me differently than the ppl of other racial backgrounds. I pulled my daughter out because she also did not feel comfortable. She was the only black child. Today the receptionist refused to give me the complaint number. Stating she didn’t know it. While rolling her eyes and saying “anyways” to me in front of my child. As if our concerns and matters were not of importance. Once again as I was sitting there waiting while my daughter we experienced the group therapist putting others' needs in front of us when we were there first. It was as if they were nonverbal saying my child was not as important as others! The only difference between others and us is that we are BLACK! WHAT IS YALL TRYING TO SAY? As far as the FUNNY LOOKING CHILD THEY ARE CALLING A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST HOW IS SHE EVEN ALLOWED TO WORK THERE WITH THAT TUDE? My daughter even addressed her behavior. It was unacceptable and horrifying and disgusting. I will be reporting this to the state and federally. You can not accept those types of funds and racially discriminate!"
"I went to Mercy’s Intensive OutPatient DBT program. This program is for the ages 18+ and exposes patients to all walks of life and different experiences from other patients. The program teaches individuals skills to help regulate emotions and handle the heavy or uncomfortable situations life presents. The group therapist Carrie was absolutely fantastic and changed my life. This program changed my life and changed how I view myself and the world as a whole. If you are struggling with repeated unhealthy behaviors, or feel lost and have no identity, please reach out for help. This DBT program can help so many people and has. I highly recommend this outpatient facility for anyone struggling!"
