"Now as of 2024 you can't pay for your tax service with your refund . so make sure u have enough to pay for the services it's came $400 for me and I'm not pleased I have been with this company since I started filing taxes 2010, and now it's to the point it's cheaper to do it yourself on turbo tax or cash app tax .."

"While the tax professional did a great job with our taxes and explained everything well, it took about two weeks to file them after we had signed. There appeared to be a technical issue with the e-filing of our taxes. When my wife attempted to resolve the issue, she spent almost an hour on hold between speaking with 3 different people. No one was able to help her with the issue. This is terrible customer service. Eventually our taxes were filed because someone fixed the problem. However, this process took way to long."

"Started off giving them 5 stars and then ours sons return wasn't showing as being recieved. After almost 3 weeks, went to have my other son do his taxes so I asked about our others sons and they said he hadn't shown he had paid the fees to H & R. Being he's only 17 they couldn't deduct it automatically as he requested. Why not tell is that 3 weeks ago or why was there no phone call to say there was an issue. Disappointed being we have used this company for years."

I decided to give them another try only because we had recently PCS'd and had a baby and wanted to be sure nothing was missed. La Anna at the Fort Leavenworth PX location provided us with professional and emphatic customer service, helping to restore faith in the company and going out of her way to make things right. "they have more fees every year I go. not only do they charge a fee to do taxes for you (totally understandable) but now it seems like there is a processing fee, a deposit fee,and other fees ontop of that. The lady I had really worked with me on the cost and got me a good discount. they are professional and willing to find answers to your questions if they are unsure themselves."
