The place is clean and functional. The environment here is nothing like a big commercial gym. It's intimate and focused. Each of the trainers is highly focused on providing their clients with an attentive, well-crafted training experience that gets RESULTS. Lindsey is the perfect example of what you can expect: not only does she have years of training experience under her belt, she'll push you to your limits and isn't afraid to jump RIGHT into the workout with you. This is a gym for people who are serious about getting better with a no-nonsense training style."
