He was understanding and very amenable to wear the mask we provided (he was wearing his own, but we gave him a more effective one --N95). He listened to my concerns and provided clear explanation of the plumbing issue at hand. He made recommendations on how to solve it and gave me options for me to decide on my own, without pressuring me. We talked about several things, like his ancestors being from Spain --just as me-- and our mutual like of cats. I hope Timber were the technician who AP sends to my house in the future."

"Travis did a great job! Had Stanley Steemer here in October last year to clean the dryer vent. They did very little, showed them the outside vent and they said that wasn't it. Apparently, the vent had not been cleaned in years. Travis and Jordan took the time to figure out exactly what was going on. After cleaning out 3 wasps' nest and a bird nest, along with much work from inside to clean the vent, I can now safely run my dryer. They were professional and very proficient in their work. I greatly appreciate their expertise."
