"We've been training here for almost 3 years now and it's been such a positive experience for my family! My daughter started taking the homeschooling class and I was so impressed by all the self defense she was learning that I joined the class myself. My youngest just started up in the fall and it's been an empowering experience for us all. I truly feel that my daughters will know how to protect themselves if they ever get into a tricky situation. The instructor is awesome with kids and is a very effective teacher. Not everyone knows how to teach and talk to children, but Renshi is a natural. The kids have fun while learning new skills and there is always an atmosphere of encouragement and doing your personal best. As for me, I've discovered a form of physical activity that I love and new goals that I'm excited to work toward.
