"So the people are friendly, and easy to talk with. But that's the only positive. Charging almost 300 dollars to file single with a dependant. That is highway robbery, and there is no excuse for it. Not when there are services like Turbotax and E-file which are free. They also said I did not qualify for this and that, yet doing it myself with TurboTax I found out that I was eligible and qualified for things that H&R Block said that I was not. Never ever using this service again."

"I was charged $220+ for something i could have done my self, but inorder to quilfy for the refund advance you had to have an agent do them. Which i did just to be told i didnt qualify for the advance. When my return was almost $2000."

"Really makes you irritated when you spend $400+ to file with them, and can't get them to return a call. The manager was the one that filed for me, and he is the one I was expecting the call from. Each time I call, they take my name and number, but don't reach out. I have used this location since moving to St. Joe, but because of their unprofessionalism, I won't be returning and will file on my own for 10% of their cost."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I filed our taxes feb 2020. May 2020 we got a letter from the irs stating papers were missing (that this office sent in for us). We went back in and had them resend our fax documents for a second time. We never got our taxes.. it’s now Jan 2021 and we just received a letter from irs stating different pages were missing this time. Went in the office AGAIN, had them relax and asked for a refund of the $500 that we had to pay them to file our taxes in the first place and the manager refused to refund us. I pointed out the sign stating “100% accuracy Gauranteed”. And he said we did do it correctly. If u did it correctly I wouldn’t be in ur office for the 4th time, and we would have our refund by now!!! DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE."

"This office is a joke!! They sit there in the office waiting on customers but when a new customer calls to set up an apt twice in the same day and follow through they refuse to tell that the irs hotline is down to finish return and then they were over $2,000 dollars shy of what my return should have been and at the end they make me to pay their 49.00 fee for not choosing to go through with them? How is this good business at all?? Horrible horrible deal"
