"Yes sir ,and fixing to have a disabilities lawsuit on him. I'm disabled for this reason, I've gotten into it with his front desk lady several times with her bad attitude. At least I have an excuse. Missouri Disabilities Act is what I fall under Called and spoke with her after our last encounter everything was okay the following day Ortman called and said he won't no longer service our animals. That's all right we'll settle this up in court. I wouldn't recommend anybody going there."

"All staff including the vet himself are very helpful and have far superior knowledge from how to treat a customer to how the vet himself carries himself and cares for the pets. He was so knowledgeable and helped my dog get over something I couldn't have been able to heal up otherwise. Very good sense of humor. I will continue to come here for my pets cares. I'd come here if you live in this area and need or think your pets need to be seen."
