Despite me being off work on disability several times before and my hospitalizations and the many psych ward admissions I told him I wasn't able to work because of panic attacks and depression. He cleared me to go back to work anyway. I can't work right now so I will lose my job and be unable to use my long-term disability insurance from work. Thanks for making everything worse."

"I would give this place a 0 if I could. Apparently they fill all their MD slots with NPs and only have two MDs in the entire company. The staff never answer the phone and are always rude. Several times, they looked into things for me and when I followed up they had no clue what I was talking about. Billing is an absolute nightmare. I kept getting scheduled before they opened for telehealth in the wrong building so I had to wait until I could get ahold of anyone. I didn't get my entire visits three times because they dont read their messages. Well, unless their pride is hurt that is. Personal story to follow. I made a comment about NP and MD not having the same diagnosis tools in a message and asked if I could see a psychiatrist about some serious issues I was having. On my next appointment, the NP they had me with decided that those issues were less important than his ego. He read the message back to me and began arguing his credentials. When I stated that I would hang up the phone if he did not start being professional and let me use my time I was paying for. The NP began to get irrate, so I hung up. When messaged about this, I was accused of using foul language. I asked for a copy of the call recording. Proceeded by a letter saying because of my attitude, I couldn't be a patient. Good riddance."
