"I used Hunter to replace my water heater, heat and air conditioning unit. He always indicated to me that by he would continue to service the equipment he installed (even insisting on a unit because his familiarity with it). I proactively replaced the heater so that my children and I would not be in a position of being without heat. Less than 3 years later (during10 degree temps), my heater goes out. I reached out to Hunter, and he told me that he was too busy to look at it. Long story short, after finally finding someone to agree to look at it (reluctance due to the parts being in warranty and they could not vouch for Hunter's work), a week to wait for a part, and 100's of dollars later found that it was not the equipment, but an electrical issue. Electrician told me that the wiring was done incorrectly at installation (wiring was not stably connected and could be easily pulled out.) If I have a theme song for this experience, I will say Take the Money and Run."
