"This Company has a very professional crew. They are very hard workers. Let me tell you my experience. I had no heat or air for a long time. I called Garrison to help me out. I need heat and I needed it fast. They listen to the reason why I needed it so fast and they came out the next day and got my heat to working. They told me that air-conditioning and heating unit needs to be replaced. They gave me a quote and they honored it three weeks later when I had them come out to replace my air conditioning and heater. . They made it in three days to come out there and do it in one day. Very professional guys that the work. I Recommend these guys to anyone that needs heating and Air. Thanks guys for getting me up and running."

"The night before last, our heater stopped working and we woke up with the temperature in the house at 42 degrees! I thought it was low pressure in the propane tank, so I had it filled but that didn't fix the problem. I called Garrison Heating and Air to see if they could come out and help, as I knew temperatures would be below zero again last night. Because the weather was so bad, Rocky could not come out but he spent over an hour on the phone with me on Facetime walking me through several possible fixes. We thought we had the problem resolved but a few minutes later, the heater stopped working again. I called Rocky back and he spent almost two hours on Facetime with me until we found what the problem was and he told me how to temporarily fix it until he could get out today so we would have heat last night. He then called me back an hour later to check to make sure it was still working. Today, he came out and permanently fixed the problem. He charged me WAY below what I thought it would be and refused to take any payment for the 2 1/2 hours he spent on the phone with me! What a saint! Garrison Heating and Air has all of my future HVAC business! Honesty, professional, caring, knowledgeable and reasonable. What more can you possibly ask for?"
