"I have used Kimberling Plumbing several times now. They are honest, timely, and know their business well. I currently have a 16 yr old water heater which needs a hard to find part, which they were able to do. They could have simply told me i needed a new hot water heater and charged me 2,000 to 3,000 dollars. Honesty goes a long way now days..."

"I called these people to come out and scope our pipes. Specifically asked 3 times to scope the pipes. The guy that came out seemed very disinterested in what I wanted done. I was willing to pay whatever it was to get this done. I didn’t ask for a different solution. I wanted the dang pipes scoped period. He took a guess at the problem and didn’t not do what I asked. I needed that peace of mind and this guy had zero interest in helping. I will not use this place ever again."
"Kimberling City Plumbing is the best in town.....and it's not even close. I have used them a couple of times now and both times they showed up on time and did professional work at a fair price. I have used a few other plumbers in town only to be disappointed with both the quality of the work and flat rate charging regardless of level of effort. KCP charges you for their time and materials.....as it should be. The did a fantastic install of a new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater for me. I have attached the before and after pics. I was not familiar with the hybrid heaters until Leevon explained them to me, which I appreciate. Great work guys and I will certainly use you for all of my plumbing needs in the future."
