It all started a couple years ago after purchasing a new TriToon from Tri Lakes Marine who's service was beyond horrible from the sales process to service and repairs needed after the sale. These guys always stepped in when they didnt have to and helped. I since sold my last boat so I could end the nightmare and just took delivery of my new Avalon from Chris and Joel. These guys treat you like family and the Avalon Brand is definitely a step up!
