"Would not work on my system because I installed the system"
"CAUTION ... CAUTION ... CAUTION ... CAUTION ... While installing a new system in my home they routed the condensation drain line thru the floor into the crawl space and forced it thru the top of the duct board plenum crushing the top of the plenum and forcing the taped seams apart. This ruined the plenum and caused major air leaks. Not knowing, these leaks went on for years. God only knows what that cost in utility bills. All because they were too lazy to route the PVC drain around the duct work instead of through it. Thanks Gene and Jr ............ CAUTION .. Future customers be aware ..... If you hire them .. Be sure to check your exterior crawl space perimeter vents for cold / hot air after they leave ........ CAUTION ....... CAUTION ......"
"Have used multiple times. They do get spread thin and cover a massive area around the lake. Timing can be difficult but friendly and fast and willing to get you serviced in an emergency."
"Destroys your equipment and then complains that you didn't call them back. Explained to me that they don't use scale to measure amount of freon because they can tell within a half pound with pressure gauge. At $50# maybe thay should invest in some modern technology."
"Left message on 3/14 to get a service call. Still hadnt heard from them the next morning, so called again. They must not pickup their messages. Tech came by, late in the day and didnt have fan motor or capacitor on hand so ordered and installed on 3/19. I was away until 4/5 and noticed the contactor was still opening and closing and was not properly fixed. I called and left messages up until 4/16 when I contacted another company, who returned my call, and showed up when promised. Very disappointing!"
