I took it to several places in Springfield, and called lively and that my phone could not be fixed as it could not be taken apart. My dad called Cardinal in marienville and spoke to a Craig. We took it in and in less than 15 minutes Craig had it apart and fixed and back together. I did not lose anything. And I didn't have to pay him with my soul to get it done. The customer service and friendliness and kindness are outstanding. I spoke to them about my VCR DVD player that has been in storage for 2 years because it is broken and no one can fix it.
