"I was in shock when Billy at A-One came way out to look at my no water situation 4pm Thanksgiving Eve! I could tell on the phone he was busy and not close, but responded to my SOS anyway (that's rare here in Shell Knob!). He found the issue and was willing to come back Thanksgiving day. I told him Friday morning was fine- we had backup. That's dedicated service!!! The new pump was pricey as it would be with any service group earning a living, but I was a bit stuck (would have gotten the pump myself for him had I known). I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!"
