"Two drillers for this company came out on a weekend to look at our property and let us know when they could get out and drill us a well. We were so excited as they seemed so nice and said they could get to us within 2 weeks. 5 week’s later and LOTS of missed calls and voicemails on their answering machine we have still not heard anything back. We are very understanding people but the lack of communication is unacceptable. If we had known they couldn’t make it out in this amount of time we could’ve hired someone else sooner but we waited for them to uphold their word. Wishing it would’ve worked out and very disappointed in the service, or lack there of."
