I personally have found the service desk information people, and parts to be so excellent and saving my bacon with time (when you don't have a lot of time to cut a field), that I almost hate to give a review, because it is one of the few places I know I can find help (and I kinda' want it all for myself). "I bought over 50k of equipment in cash, everything went great, equipment is great but I've called 4 times to order a finish mower and no one will help me order it, I've even spoken to the owner. There not the only ones doing business this way its crazy times, I've called 5 places to order one and no one calls back except one place and that's where I bought it with cash in hand I just don't understand, well someday things will change."
