"I could write a whole article about how bad the service is! We have less than a two year old unit that was bought and installed by Grove Heat & Air and it has give us nothing but problems and they have done nothing to make it right. Do not waste your time or money!"

"I was connected to them through a Home Warranty claim. Our AC went out and we were scheduled to have it serviced or replaced. We had an appointment scheduled and a window of time (11am-3pm) was provided by the warranty company and accepted by Grove Heat and Air. I called the number provided 3 times around noon during that window and received no answer or call back. Tried one more time and Jason answered. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Jason informed me that they would not be able to make that time frame but assured me that he would certainly make it out that day to fulfill the contract. 3 more calls between 6 and 7 pm went unanswered and unreturned. Never showed. Never called to explain reason for not making appointment. I understand things out of our control can delay us in keeping appointments but a phone call is truly the very least you can do when someone is expecting you and is a potential customer of yours. While I can’t speak to his work as we never received it, this was my experience."
