"Miss Pat Ireland is a truly kind and endearing soul. However, I am sad to say I had to stop attending due to the level of disorganization. I paid by check at end of each session, sometimes I would even add a tip because I was so fond of her. However, there was no receipts given, and many checks were cashed 2 or 3 months after I gave them. I never missed a payment, and kept record of the check numbers in my own register that I had given to pat. however I received a bill for 5 unpaid sessions, totalling $550 about 8 months after I stopped going. Additionally, I was in her session one day and found a check from a different patient stuck between the couch cushions. This level of disorganization is sad to me, because I wish I could give Ms. Ireland 5 stars due to her kindness. But I also feel that it is only fair to advise other customers of my experience."

"I left 2 phone messages asking to set an initial appointment and have heard nothing back over a 2 week period. Too bad this won't let me post without leaving a star because she didn't earn it."

"Not helpful. We scheduled our first appointment and when we got there she didn't have us on her calendar. She has to call and cancel with another client she had double booked, while appreciated, it got worse. After waiting and awkwardly trying not to make eye contact with the client she had in her office we began the session 20min after our given appointment time. She never introduced herself to me but went right into financial agreements with signatures. After beginning to open up with the main reason we sought counseling she declared she could not continue because we smelt like cigarette smoke and that gives her a 3 day migraine. She did apologize and said she should have said something on the phone but her timing could not have been worse. The only positive outcome was me and my husband bonded from this experience."
