"We arrived home on a Friday evening from a 2-week vacation to find the temperature in the house a stifling 87 degrees! We called one other company first, but they don't have an emergency number. We called Land Heating and Cooling, got their after- hours number and reached Charles. Nick and another young man came out at 8:30 p.m. and fixed the issue within an hour. I held my breath anticipating sticker shock and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates were! We are so grateful to Nick for sacrificing his time to meet our need after hours! "Had them come out and measure for a whole new system in our house Memorial Day week. Contacted them they said was working on quote a week or so later. Contacted owner even now he is working on the quote. June 9th he stated would be done and send over the quote—— Here we are the end of June and still no quote. LOL! If the job was too much for you all you had to do was be honest!!!"
