"Overall...not impressed. Difficult to schedule appointments with, didn’t connect well with the person they saw, and poor follow-up service. We were invoiced with a due date 17 days from issuance and within a week were being contacted and told to pay immediately. Not sure what the reason was for the difference, but truly poor customer treatment."
