"The “coldest” care I’ve ever experienced from a veterinarian. After being on “pins and needles” for bloodwork results and being assured of a call the following day, the next day AFTER that (and after a couple inquiries) I was sent an email (how personal!), asking a couple of questions about my dog’s condition - which I answered - TO NEVER HEAR FROM THE VET AGAIN!! Needless to say, I never took my girl back there. Any good vet should make you feel as though your pet is their very favorite patient rather than just a way to get over $500 from one office visit."

"Out of convenience and a strong recommendation regarding Brooke's grooming abilities we decided to bring our dogs here for their latest groom despite a $50 cost increase from our previous groomer. And although we were very happy with their grooms they are now both sick with diarrhea. Our dogs are house dogs and have zero exposure to other animals, dog parks etc. so there is little to no chance of acquiring illness anywhere expect from their time at Cedar Creek. I sincerely hope this review is read and more care is taken with keeping their facility clean and pets healthy!!!!"

"We took our 8 year old rescue dog here to have a lump checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it cost so much. Nearly $300 for labs and told it would be around $1000 to have it removed to figure out if it was."

"They took good care of our dog, Rudy. He need a few non-cancerous growths removed which required sedation and surgery to remove the 3 masses. It was obvious they cared about his well-being. Rudy has made a full recovery."
