"Norris was the best - this service leaves my attached lid open which of course, my trash can falls over - it is very heavy and I have trouble getting it up - I would think it would be standard to close attached lids. I have called twice with the answer we will leave a note????"

"Didn't use to have a problem but since the sent us notice of changing pick up date. Now they just drag our trash down the dead end road here in Frontenac. That's just lazy and very poor service. I'd be ashamed to do such a poor job for customers that are my paycheck."

"Been waiting on them to pick my trash up since January 2. What's going on? Terrible service. Norris was the best trash service ever. Never had to worry about them picking up my trash."

"This company needs to get there act together. Called yesterday to let them know that they missed our house, then was told over the phone that they would have someone pick it up either today or tomorrow (it is now tomorrow) and what do ya know? THERE CLOSED. Who wants to start the new year off with trash sitting in there driveway???"

"They have apparently taken over for Norris Trash service (which was the best service in the four states) about two months ago and we have not had a consistent pick up day since. I have called and left several messages with no response. They did send out a letter stating our pick up day but it hasn't been correct yet. Terrible customer service!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for trash service!!!!"
