"Norris was the best - this service leaves my attached lid open which of course, my trash can falls over - it is very heavy and I have trouble getting it up - I would think it would be standard to close attached lids. I have called twice with the answer we will leave a note????"
"Didn't use to have a problem but since the sent us notice of changing pick up date. Now they just drag our trash down the dead end road here in Frontenac. That's just lazy and very poor service. I'd be ashamed to do such a poor job for customers that are my paycheck."

"They have apparently taken over for Norris Trash service (which was the best service in the four states) about two months ago and we have not had a consistent pick up day since. I have called and left several messages with no response. They did send out a letter stating our pick up day but it hasn't been correct yet. Terrible customer service!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for trash service!!!!"
